Many crafters incorporate photos into their projects and use photo editors to tweak them. These days editing photos is easy to do with online photo editors. There are a lot of free ones available on the net that have pretty amazing capabilities. Crafters don't need to spend a lot of money on Photoshop (although it is nice to have) or deal with the high learning curve involved with that software. Some of the online editors that you must try out are as follows:

PicMonkey has an intuitive interface and offers quite a few of its features for free. There is a paid upgrade that allows you to use even more photo tools, but everyone can have a ton of fun just with the freebies.
One of my favorite features is the photo collage maker tool. You can make a professional looking collage in just seconds. This is a must for crafters that have websites or if you want to pin several photos at once to Pinterest.
No registration is required to use the photo editor! Images can be saved in jpeg or png file formats. The only downside to this online editor is that you might loose track of time while playing around with all the photo editor features.

Pixlr is a photo editor that is quite robust and has a screen layout that reminds me of Photoshop. It 's hard to believe that this editor is free. It has many filters and features that make using this interface a lot of fun. One of the downsides of this editor is that there is a learning curve. It will take you some time to figure out the tools and filters if you have not used Photoshop before, but if you persevere you will soon be using Pixlr as your go-to photo editor.

Be Funky is a photo editor, collage maker, and a graphic design tool. The interface is easy to use. You will be making beautiful photo enhancements in seconds.
My favorite feature of this editor is the wrinkle remover. I uploaded some not so attractive pictures of myself and removed the offensive lines in the photo in seconds! That filter made my day!
There are also brushes to add mascara, eyebrow color, and lipstick. Kids and adults will have a ton of fun manipulating photos with this editor.
I know that it brought out my inner child! I had fun, fun and more fun editing my photos with Be Funky.

The best features of Photocat are the touch-up tools. They are easy to use, and a professional looking touch up results can be done in minutes. My favorite feature of this online editor was the slimming feature. I had my doubts, but uploaded a photo of myself to test this tool. I was pleasantly surprised. The photo did look slimmer and better. You can't expect miraculous results, but it does help to make a person with a little extra, look a bit thinner in a photo.
