Prior to joining Dotdash Meredith in December 2021, Courtney was the Vice President of Paid Products at Meredith Corporation, where she led a team of 50 and managed direct-to-consumer products, partnerships, and platforms. She previously led new product development at Time Inc., and began her career in management consulting at Bain & Company, where she worked on growth strategy and new product development projects for consumer products (CPG) and retail clients.

As General Manager and Vice President, Courtney oversees all content initiatives and business strategies for The Spruce Crafts, The Spruce, and MyDomaine. She has 15 years of experience in growth strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, and business development & partnerships, and she's on a lifelong quest to find the *perfect* couch blanket.


Courtney earned her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where she studied Marketing, Finance, and Social Enterprise. Courtney completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, earning a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce.
