Paint Your Pumpkins
Decide on a color palette and get ready to paint. We always recommend spray painting outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
Lay down your scrap cardboard to catch any overspray and keep your area clean. Place the pumpkins on top of the cardboard and start painting.
It's best to go over them with light coats to avoid drips or pooling, and we recommend spraying from a distance of about 8 inches from the pumpkins.Continue to 4 of 8 below.

Check Paint Coverage
Allow the paint to dry and check for paint coverage. You may need to go over a few areas again to get complete color coverage on the pumpkins. Flip them over and paint the undersides as well, ensuring even coverage for both the top and bottom of each of your pumpkins. Allow the paint to dry thoroughly.Continue to 5 of 8 below.

Choose Pom Poms and Patterns
Decide on the colors that you'd like to use to decorate each pumpkin. You can stick with a single color for each pumpkin, creating a simple, modern effect, or go with multiple colors. It's also a good idea to decide on a pattern before you start decorating. Lay the pom poms out and play with arrangements until you're happy with the design.Continue to 6 of 8 below.
