Upon graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she majored in Advertising and Marketing Communications, Brittany began writing for local publications and art magazines. During this time, she also curated large-scale community-focused art shows at the local gallery where she volunteered. Soon after, she became a contributing writer for publications such as i-D and Popsugar.
