Alistair is a writer, artist, historian, secondary-school teacher, and a post-graduate researcher whose work tackles many topics. His writing is referenced in a wide variety of books, research, and journal articles. He creates jewelry and other in his Scottish workshop, the Isle of Skye Art Studio.
